Even though I was a licensed therapist with all the education to help others, I was a young mom drowning in postpartum depression along with chronic infections. It was heart-wrenching to care so deeply for my children but not be able to fake feeling happy to be with them. With many moves and living overseas, I didn't know who to trust or where to turn for help. My doctor just wanted to prescribe me pills but I knew deep inside I needed more. Despite being a marathon runner, eating clean, and committed to Bible reading, prayer, and Biblical meditation, it wasn't enough.

It wasn't until I learned about the gut-brain connection that I realized my struggles with fatigue, anxiety, and low energy weren’t my fault. Years of trauma and health issues had severely impacted my gut, which in turn affected my overall well-being. Starting a gut-healing protocol changed everything—I began to feel a sense of peace and energy return, lifting the fog that had weighed me down for so long.

Rejuvenated and full of life, I now feel called to help other moms who might be struggling to find their spark of joy. By sharing what I’ve learned, I hope to support others in reclaiming their health and happiness, so they too can experience the vibrant, joyful life they deserve.
